QuestionButbutbut did you SEE the poll on the side of the article? Just...I'm seriously concerned she's going to win the case, and then one of the few advancements POC have made will be erased. And the worst part is I have friends who AGREE with her -- POC friends, even. Even I used to be one of those people convinced that reverse racism was a real thing. I took a Race and Ethnic Relations class last semester, and now I know the truth but I'm too fucking scared to tell my friends about it. Answer

As for being afraid of telling your friends: don’t be. I’ve gotten in the habit of calling out my friends lately and, thank goodness for me, they listen because they’re my friends. Not only that, they’re learning. The ones who didn’t? Well, let’s just say that they weren’t all too friendly to begin with.

The only thing we have are our voices. So use it.
